Each region has its own industries and its own way of running projects. Here is what we typically do in each of them.
Pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing is a major industry in Ireland and the UK, and DeltaV is widely used in the sector. We bring GMP experience from vaccine production in Belgium (GSK): DeltaV configuration, batch phases and the GAMP 5 documentation that goes with them — specifications, test protocols, IQ / OQ.

The chemical and petrochemical clusters of Antwerp, Rotterdam and the Rhine are within easy reach of our base. We work on site across the region: DeltaV configuration on new units and running plants — as for INEOS in Belgium — Siemens PLC programming and the integration of third-party packages into the DCS.

Siemens PLC & DCS integration →Denmark and Switzerland are home to major pharmaceutical producers with demanding GMP standards. We support their automation projects with DeltaV configuration, functional specifications and validation documentation. Virtual commissioning lets project teams test sequences and train operators before site work begins.

Oil & gas, petrochemical and LNG facilities in the Gulf need engineers at ease with hazardous environments and demanding commissioning schedules. Our offshore DeltaV experience with TotalEnergies applies directly. We take on site assignments for FAT, SAT, commissioning and start-up, with configuration and test preparation done beforehand, remotely or on a virtual machine.

We have worked on new offshore platforms for TotalEnergies in Gabon and Angola: DeltaV configuration, cabinet drawings, functional analyses and the follow-up of DCS modifications. For operators and EPCs in Africa, we combine on-site assignments with remote engineering, in English or in French.

See the projects →For US plant owners, integrators and EPCs, we work remotely: DeltaV configuration, Siemens PLC programming and functional specifications. With virtual commissioning, the control system is delivered on a VMware virtual machine, so sequences, interlocks and alarms are tested off site, before FAT. On-site presence, when a project requires it, is arranged with you, project by project.
